How fresh is your bread?

All our bread and kuih muih are baked fresh daily in small batches. Nothing is pre-made or frozen in advance.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes — orders placed before 12pm are eligible for same-day delivery, subject to availability. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the next available baking day.

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free for orders over RM50. A small delivery fee applies for orders below this threshold.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept FPX online banking, credit/debit cards, and e-wallets.

How should I store my sourdough bread?

Store your loaf at room temperature in a paper or bread bag for up to 3 days. For longer storage, slice and freeze — simply toast straight from frozen.

Can I customise or pre-order for events?

Yes! For bulk orders or special events, please contact us at shop@sourdough.my at least 3 days in advance.

Who do I contact if something is wrong with my order?

Please reach out within 24 hours of delivery via our Contact Us page or email shop@sourdough.my, and we will make it right.
