Refund Policy

If your order is confirmed eligible for a refund under our Return Policy, we will process it within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method (FPX, credit/debit card, or e-wallet).

Orders cancelled before they enter production are eligible for a full refund. Orders already in production or out for delivery may only be eligible for a partial refund or store credit, depending on the circumstances.
